How to secure connection strings?

Dear All,

I have a question about connection strings. i am sure there would be more than one buddies who will be able to help me.

I am develope a web page using SQL 2005 and ASP. and I am using INC file to store connection strings.

Is it secure enaugh from the hacker? if not security, what should i do?
