Combining cells with null results

Hi,

i'm trying to combine these two fields (SubmitterAddress1 + ', ' + SubmitterAddress2) wich work fine when data on both, but when theres no data on SubmitterAddress2 i get no data, is there anything i can add to populate data even when null value on one?
