SQL server Management Studio help does not work

Hi,

I have SQL Server 2008 R2 installed on my machine.

When I am in a query and I want some help with the language normally I pressed F1 while in a word and the help would open with the word searched. This is not happening in this install. I have tried to install the BOL using the following:

SQLServer2008_BOLOct2009.msi

This has not resolved anything. Can anyone suggest anything to get the help working on this install?
