help! Trying to move my software to new computer: don't see Sql server 2005 management studio

I spent months developing website back in 2010 on my XP. I have new computer running  Wind. 7 prof. 64 bit.

I have Visual Studio 2008 Profession edition which came with SQL Server 2005 Developer edition.

I installed VS and then installed the SQL server 2005 dev. edition.  I got some messages about needing to download SQL Server 2005 SP3 in order to run it on this computer, so I did that and downloaded SP4 as well.

I do not see anything in my control panel file programs for SQL server management studio. I don't remember any of this stuff as I haven't had to work on these issues  for over 4 years and not a software tech. knowledgeable.  How do I get my databases from Visual studio to connect with it and where is it? Under my programs tabs, (from start menu) I see that I haveSQL server 2005 (I guess that is the separate disk that came with VS 2008 which I installed) but I also haveSQL Server 2008 and SQL Server 2008 R2? Those may have been installed with VS 2008. Not sure.

What do I need to do? Would appreciate any help.
