Want to check view and table changes

For each release we have lots of table and view changes. After the changes are made I want to run a little script that does a SELECT on each view and table on the DB and then CATCH and report on any errors. This would have helped us find a couple of errors from the last release.

The script does SELECT, and the results go to the results pane. There are thousands of table and views and lots of data. Is there a way that I can do a high level check of the tables/views, like a SELECT without having all the results go to the results pane? And maybe I shouldn't care about the results pane. But there is alot of objects and data.
