SQL Diagram Relationship Problem

Hi All,
I am facing alittle problem when executing my project i think the error is with my relationship diagram, I am getting SecurityGroupID and UserID and UserName all stuff properly but the only problem is that i m not getting the proper Securityright
please have a look on my diagram and point out if there is any mistake
