Access 2013 Web App directly add Views to Azure server

I want to add a number of queries to an Access 2013 Web App which is hosted on Sharepoint or Office 365 or whatever. The lack of SQL view in the Access query designer will make this difficult, so I thought I would connect to the auto-generated SQL Azure database with MS SQL Management Studio and create Views there. Unfortunately, the read/write user permissions supplied to me by the Access Web App do not allow "Create View"

Is there some way to alter permissions on the auto-generated SQL Azure server? or is my intention disallowed by design as I fear?

To disambiguate, when I say "queries" I mean it in the Access sense of "temporary table" or "view" and when I say "view" i mean the same, not the output templates supplied by the web app.
